How can I be extra prepared for the
4th grade Math SOL test?
Doing any of the following items listed below could help you prepare for the test:
Click the 'Interactive Achievement' button to
practice TEI (Technology Enhanced Items). These are all the different question formats students may encounter on their SOLs. These are fabulous to practice because kids may not know HOW to choose or plug in their answers to these types of questions. If this were to happen on the SOLs, no assistance can be given. |
Click here to print off and practice real released SOL tests from previous years. This is also great to do. I wish we had extra time in class to do more of this. Students can see exactly how questions may be asked and what kind of questions may be asked on their SOLs

Get on IXL at home. Practice any and all content that was already taught. *If you get a problem wrong, read and reflect on the explanation and your work/why you were wrong.*
|
You can play (X) games at either www.multiplication.com or www.mathplayground.com .
|
Go to http://portaportal.com/ and type "SMAhlswede" in the Guest Access/Guest Name box. Watch videos and play games that I collected to review each SOL.
